About e-pick

What is e-pick?

e-pick is an online sales platform designed for trading card game collectors. Users can open e-pick's original boxes to purchase items. Acquired items can either be sold through buyback offers or redeemed and delivered right to your doorstep.

How is the box price determined?

The price of an e-pick mystery box is dynamic and depends on its contents. It is automatically adjusted based on the market value of the items included.

For example, if the total value of the items inside the box drops by 50%, the box price will also decrease accordingly.

Redeeming Your Cards

How do I get my cards delivered?

To have your cards delivered to your home, go to your profile's My Cards section and select the specific cards you want to redeem. Then complete the KYC process, enter your shipping information, and press the Ship button to finalize the delivery request.

How many cards can I redeem at once?

You can redeem up to 30 cards per request.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

At e-pick, we strive to ship all orders within 30 days. For older cards or rare high-end cards that are not in stock, it may take up to an additional 15 days to verify authenticity and condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we can deliver to over 220 countries and regions.

How much does shipping cost?

Cards

We charge a flat shipping fee per shipment based on your destination country. You can ship up to 30 cards in a single shipment.

Boxes

When your order includes sealed boxes, such as booster boxes or ETBs, an additional charge per box applies on top of the card shipping fee.

Example: 15 cards + 1 box = Card shipping fee + Box fee × 1

Important notes

Customs & VAT

All shipped orders may be subject to local VAT and customs duties. You may be responsible for any fees incurred upon receiving your items.

Currency

Shipping fees are charged in coins. Required coins may vary based on USD/JPY exchange rate fluctuations.

Authenticity & Card Condition

What happens if a card is out of stock?

While e-pick stocks a large number of cards, we do not own every card listed on our website.

When a redeem request is made and a specific card is not currently in our possession, we immediately begin sourcing it from our extensive network of trusted vendors and sellers.

This process ensures that any card shown online can be procured in a timely manner.

Once the card is obtained, it undergoes a thorough authentication and conditioning process to ensure it meets industry standards before being shipped to the customer.

How is card condition graded?

We follow our in-house Card Condition Grading Guidelines to assess the condition of each card. Every card is Near Mint or Lightly Played, and the grade of each individual card is listed on its card detail popup.

Are the cards genuine?

All cards, except those that have been graded by PSA or similar services, undergo a strict condition check before shipping. Each card is carefully double-sleeved, placed in a top loader, and graded Near Mint or Lightly Played based on TCGplayer's standards. The grade of each individual card is listed on its card detail popup.
