e-pick is a next-gen digital pack ripping site for TCG cards (currently live with Pokémon and One Piece). Users can select themed digital card 'boxes' to open, which contain a random distribution of cards inside relevant to that theme or set. Once you open a box and reveal your card, you have the option to either 1) trade it back in for site coins via our buyback program, or 2) keep it and have it shipped to you!

The price of an e-pick mystery box is dynamic and is automatically adjusted based on the market value of its contents. For instance, if the total value of the items inside the box decreases by 50%, the box price will drop by the same amount.

To get your cards shipped out to your destination of choice, simply go to "My Cards" in your profile and select the cards you would like to redeem and ship. Enter your shipping address and press "Ship".. simple as that!

Shipments are initiated within 30 days of your request. For older or rare, high-end cards that are not immediately in stock, we may require up to an additional 15 days to verify their authenticity and condition before shipping.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Please check International Shipping Fees for more details. Please note: All shipped orders may be subject to local VAT and/or customs duties, and you will be responsible for any fees incurred upon receiving your items.

While e-pick maintains a large inventory, we don't physically own every card listed on our website at all times. If a card is requested for redemption and is not currently in our possession, we immediately source it from our extensive network of trusted vendors and sellers. This rigorous process ensures that any card shown online can be acquired promptly. Once obtained, the card undergoes a thorough authentication and condition check to meet industry standards before it is shipped out to you.

We take quality control very seriously. We assess the condition of each card according to our in-house Card Condition Grading Guidelines.

If you have any issues with a shipped card being incorrect or in poor condition – please contact us immediately at info@e-pick.xyz, and we will help resolve. Our support team will then investigate the issue further.

Aside from those already graded by professional grading services, like PSA, all cards undergo a strict quality & condition check before shipping. Each card is carefully sleeved, placed in a top loader, and protected by our Near Mint Guarantee, based on TCGPlayer’s standards
